"Marcus Peters would be the #1 cornerback in this upcoming NFL draft if there hadn't been those concerns after being kicked off the team. Long, rangy, athletic, super-aggressive on the perimeter, can play press, can play off, hunts the ball. This is a guy that is super talented. And I really think that when people dig into his character it won't nearly be as scary as people are making it out to be. Strong personality, very confident kid. Anyone who has been around people from Oakland understands that demeanor. And it shouldn't be an issue as he goes forward [into the NFL]."
