Seriously if you are only using W-L records as your argument you are FS. These NFL organizations are multi-million dollar profit makers in the NFL. I don't know if the hire will work out, but it's as good of hire as Michigan could have possible dreamed of. Jim Harbaugh is at minimum a top 10 coach in all of football. He's been a winner everywhere he's been. His teams are always tough and you know he's going to recruit very well at Michigan.
I don't normally give a shit about Michigan, but I do like the idea of igniting the Ohio State rivalry. It's good for college football and the dreckfest Big 10. -

Maybe the niners forgot they got to the playoffs via defense and Colin wasn't the main cog. Instead they loaded Colin's contract and watched as he showed that he isn't a premier qb. Harbaugh was/is a douche but he wins which I bueve is the poont of playing. Not being besties with all the players.
