The worst part of that whole thing was his head coach going full turtle in shell instead of lobbying for him. Seven could have (and should have) made phone calls on Polk's behalf to assure scouts he was just fine. The fuck stick owed Polk at least that much effort. Forever, praise be Pat Haden.
