That whole play looked ugly. Watch the Arizona receivers to the top and the one on the bottom. I'm guessing it was supposed to be bubble screen by the way the OL blocked and by the way Solomon was facing, but for whatever reason, he kept it.
If he hands the ball off and the back beats Shelton, he could of had 7-8 yards, massively poor read.
It wasn't really a misread, it was Anu sliding way too early. The DE went down the LOS and there was running room for him. The Huskies had a good defense against it since Lawyer was spying the QB and Feeney positioned himself behind the blocking WR effectively taking out the bubble screen option.
