The season is over.

Best case scenario that could happen with a pretty good coach: 10 wins

Doesnt require beating the likely top 3 teams, dont lose any easy ones, beat ASU on the road, win the bowl game... really not that hard
Worst case scenario is 8 wins
9 wins with our schedule really isnt that impossible even for a mediocre head coach -
Don't underestimate Sark he found a way to only win 7 last two years.

For the sake of clarity, the Oregon game is at new HS, the OSU game is on the road. Oregon loss is a given wherever it's played but I'm not sure the Huskies can win on the road at Reser. Tough place to play.

Reser is a tough place to play? Jesus. Have you been there?RaccoonHarry said:For the sake of clarity, the Oregon game is at new HS, the OSU game is on the road. Oregon loss is a given wherever it's played but I'm not sure the Huskies can win on the road at Reser. Tough place to play.

Depends on what you mean by over. If a BCS bowl or a top 15 ranking is the objective, then yes, it is over. If you are fine with carfax.com bowl games, then no, let it play out.

Can Sark just call the Vegas Bowl reps ahead of time so they can make accommodations? Predicting anything other than 7 wins is unrealistic.

Corvallis is located at an elevation of 235 feet.
You can't expect UW to win at that altitude. -
That's the emptiest looking 10 win season in the history of Huskie football, considering the bowl win wouldn't even be a major bowl.Houhusky said:Best case scenario that could happen with a pretty good coach: 10 wins

If that's the best case scenario, UW has the wrong coach.
