Goes down short of the goal line.

Fumbles the ball before breaking the plane.

Ref calls it a TOUCHDOWN!!!!!!! on the field.

Wrong twice on one play is ABUNDANCE for a Pac-12 ref. Almost as bad as the 1998 Jets-Seahawks game that cost Erickson his job (where the ref thought a white helmet was the football).
