Do we have any NFL talent on our offense? I thought Riva might have a shot but since he's missed so much of this year, he'll probably be an undrafted free agent.

It's kind of ironic that offensive guru Sarkisian left behind a lot more NFL talent on D.
On another note, I don't want Williams to bear the brunt of the blame. He was making his first start in terrible weather (Taylor Kelly wasn't much better) and the OL was starting two back-ups. He's obviously not the one who called a tossFS when we were gashing them up the middle.
IIRC, his fumble came from getting blindsided by a pass-rusher which speaks more to our OL than him.
HTH.
It was only funny the first 23 times
Ross is always one hit away from getting murdered.
He's fast as doogs jumping on and off of a bandwagon but he's also soft as kim the midget in getting his feelings hurt.
The fumble he was blindsided on a bit on what looked like a play they were trying to get the ball down the field. If you are going to be critical on it, it would be that Williams should have had a better mental clock and better ball security such that he wouldn't have fumbled on the hit. But that's also harsh on a kid making his first start.
The offense in general has been pretty bad. Someone said this elsewhere, but the offense is the most effective when running the ball downhill. If you look at the work done last night by Shaq and Cooper, you'd have taken that production before the game.
Really I think what we've learned through 8 games, and in particular the conference games, is that the margin for error for this team is just slim. If the defense has a rough day, the offense will be hard pressed to cover for them. Last night we definitely lost in the kicking game ... and we're not good enough to be able to "punt" the kicking game away.
