We took arguably the best player off the defense and moved him to offense

And the defense was still lights out while the offense was still shit.

No poont here, just kind of amazing when you think about it.

Shaq 21 carries for 98 yards. Deontae had 11 for 70 yards. No pooont. Just interesting.

Shaq had a better chance scoring on defense

So why would Shaq agree to this? If he plans to declare for the NFL draft, seems he is risking too much for too little return. Perhaps he plans to stay at WA his final year of eligibility?

Because he wants to win and enjoys carrying the ball?

This isn't hurting his draft stock. He's 20 years old and feels invincible. He's not coming back.
    Yup

scratching my head on a few decisions tonight.

Bierra instead of Shaq doesn't look right and Coop was falling forward for solid gains.

Amazing? Seems like a desperation move by Petersen. If if works, great. But it didn't. What next? Does Petersen have any more rabbits to pull out of his ass?

And he wasn't running backwards when there was nothing to be gained going forward. But, when the blocking was well executed he showed great bursts of speed. I think the OL tries harder for him. I don't think it is even a conscious thing. They all know how hard he worked to rehab from 3 ACL surgeries. They want him to succeed. If Coop is healthy, I would make him my workhorse back.

For some reason it seems to be common knowledge that Coop can't be the primary back. Not sure why he can't get 21 carries instead of 11.
