Welcome to the Hardcore Husky Forums. Folks who are well-known in Cyberland and not that dumb.
TBS: Jake Browning, QB, Folsom High
So his team is 7-0, ranked #4 in the nation. He has thrown for 43 touchdowns and 2 interceptions this year. He already owns the all-time passing record in the state and the all-time TD record.
I am so sorry I have to mention this, but I will.... I have heard from my sources at dawgman that he isn't that competitive though, it mostly stems from him not throwing at 7-on-7 tournaments and not throwing in front of UW coaches (even though he already did so when they were recruiting him at Boise).
It is almost as if he was solely focused on his actual team and making sure they are the best team they can be. Seems pretty selfish to me, not something a leader would do. I bet if he would have gone to those recruiting meat markets he might have just thrown 1 interception this year. Color me concerned.

43 and 2 is the kind of numbers that Petersen is looking for as having a QB that takes care of the ball is paramount.
Is he the UW version of Kellen Moore?
...and did anybody notice this kid is ranked as the #13 QB? ... aren't we trying to compete in the PAC-12?
Forget my call of Browning starting back after watching about 15 minutes of him throwing in the Spring and his mannerisms/command compared to the other QBs telling me who the starter was ... which I think was still well ahead of when Puppy said that Browning was going to be the starter ...
But I was calling him out as the starter 6 months before that even when we had no idea that Miley Cyrus was going to leave the program.
Moral of the story is that if you have an opinion and you aren't afraid to share it, you're going to be right and wrong a fair enough of the time.
My point being that nobody will ever be 100% right ... I'm certainly far from perfect.
