If I remember right, they showed the place where he was hit on one of those shows (The Drive). It looked to me to be the equivalent of trying to cross 99 in Seattle without a cross walk. So yeah... Not much sympathy there.

Yeah, not to completely go off on a tangent but with some exceptions, the media in this country is just crap. I guess if the added that he was drunk and crossing a busy highway illegally, the sympathy factor goes way down? So less profit? I agree that if they lose this game, it might be a long season ending in Albuquerque or something.
There's been parity in the PAC 10 for a while, even when Caroll was coaching the condoms. This year though you might end up with 8 or 9 teams bunched between the 10th and 45th best teams.
