For those that think that there were too many "war references" included in the article, I disagree. One thing you see in reading/observing military history is that the outcomes are rarely by chance. Instead, it's about meticulous attention to details, formulating a good game plan, being able to make the right adjustments when needed, and perhaps most importantly of all, the soldiers having complete and absolute trust in their commander.
How much of the above applies to a football coach?
How much of the above in just 5 games have we seen that Petersen excels in?

There are rules in football. There are no rules in war.
But I do like the tendency for Petersen to do 2-3 trick plays a game, I would do a bunch if I were HC. Get the opponent into a rhythm, then trick.
