Remember people that wanted Miles over Price last year? Even Sark wasn't that fucking stupid.
The ironic thing is that many of those fucks now want Miles to be pulled and are calling for Lindquist/Williams or creaming over the thought of Browning next year.
the number of times Keith Price was 3-0 to finish up a preseason..
Now I'm not saying Keith Price wouldn't have won the first 3 pre season games either, so don't go twisting. Just pointing out the guy does have only 1 turnover in 3 games, and that was a fumble after he gained 10 yards.. Price would usually have 3 turnovers by the end of warm ups. And he would have been limping through the entire GSU game to show what a warrior he was.
Kevin Hogan has a loopy delivery and is no Andrew Luck but they've won the Pac-12 the last two years. If Miles manages to complete 60% of his passes, only takes 1 or 2 sacks, and avoids multiple turnovers while making some plays happen with his legs, I'm totally fine with that.
I just hope he gets Ross and Riva back while KW has another week to get back to normal.
Price couldnt do ANYTHING outside the pocket, and couldnt throw over 20 yards in the pocket, if he wasnt already on his back. He's gone and good riddance. Next please. Miles gets shit done when shit breaks down, every snap that is. Maybe Miles will prove he's a QB saturday at 1pm, INSIDE the pocket.
He's a big gamer, that we know at least. As I said, he either is or we be ficked. People called for Miles last year for a reason. Price wasnt cutting it.
Seriously some of the worst throwing mechanics I've ever seen, but if he can make plays and win games, who gives a shit?
Because when he plays college teams it will catch up to him.
Maybe. We don't know yet. We've only seen him start 4 games against crap teams and play part of a game against UCLA. He's acquitted himself decently, but it remains to be seen if he can continue that against better teams. Is it possible that he falls on his face? Absolutely, but there's also the chance that he might be one of those guys who makes things happen. As you always say, LIPO.
At this point, Price is better than Miles. Price was flawed too though. This board pumps Price up way more than he deserves. I think Kim and Hugh being dumb fucks and never criticizing Jake while being extremely hard on Price is a big reason why. He wasn't treated fairly by them and he gets love here because of it. He was a solid QB, but nowhere near the player some here think he was. He was a slightly above average Pac 12 QB. Someone will use his QB rating, but he was 7th in the conference in QBR.
I would have liked to have seen Price play under Petersen, but the last two years he was the starter he was immobile and mostly threw bubble screens. He couldn't keep a play alive and threw it out of bounds at the first sign of trouble. I'm sure it wasn't all his fault, but he played badly against every good opponent except Stanford last year.

Worse than the how Isiah Thomas got his name story.

And Miley pooch punts like a mutha fucker.
Some of you guys are acting like he's running into Panda's ass on every snap.
68%....525 yards.....5 TD's....0 INT's.
We are running the ball 66% of the time. Sure he can't throw a 20 yard deep out. Christ who cares.

So, I will just post some things that are as awesome as Miley's throwing mechanics:
