I wish I knew more about the so-called audits. Day cares aren't getting an audit under GAAP standards. At best they would have an unaudited income statement and a tax return. There may be some kind of income statement filed with whatever Minnesota government entity is supposed to oversee the daycare industry along with the number of kids they take care to get there reimbursements filed under penalty of perjury. I doubt that any CPA certification or statement would be required to support the reimbursements. The problem is that Minnesota had no interest in looking at the massive fraud. Still don't.

Lots of "convenience" store fraud on food stamps. Everyone knows where these places are and dem run blue states have no interest in combatting the fraud. Can't buy booze, drugs and cigs with them so the dems just enable the conversion so their base is satisfied including their well heeled donors who think this is some sort of virtue signaling.
