I don’t really care about the Russian money that helped him save his business. I was more tackling the founding myth of Trump; that he was a good businessman. For decades Republicans have been saying they want to run the government like a business and they finally got their media created hero.
His daddy having to countlessly bail him out, burning through his inheritance and having sell off family assets, against his father’s wishes, just to pay for his fuckups. It’s no wonder US banks were finished with him.

With a few minor exceptions, Trump has done an amazing job in his first 11 months and economically speaking, 2026 looks like it will be an amazing year for the country.
