3 - 7 all-time Rose Bowl record and look at their wins in that game. Wisconsin is mid, at best.

Even with Cuban, Indiana isn't top 10 NIL. They're winning because they found the right coach.
I'll admit to not knowing Wisconsin's NIL scene. Maybe they have a secret Santa waiting in the wings. It's a legit school and program. Not much different than our UW, historically. We've won two significant bowl games this century.
