Oregon sitting pretty. quite honestly Indiana getting banged with a blue blood matchup out the gate.
Wouldn't mind seeing all 3 big teams in the final four when the playoff begins.

Don't piss me off, Flatus.

So you agree, then, that OSU had a historically great roster?

I think being a fan of the Oregon progrum in 2025 has to feel about as hollow as a Dollar General chocolate easter bunny so I get the coping.

Barbara'stwat does not like you.
Leave her alone man.
She's not interested in discourse with you.

the biggest problem with the system is giving teams like James Madison and Tulane a way to get in
-
It's really a waste of time and playoff slots.

You only let an undefeated g5 team with Petersen lore in, you want to play for a natty and you're G5, you come correct or not at all.

Breathlessly speaking the now obvious… no problem, next year you will have to be a top 16 team or top 12 team (name the number) to get in and eventually the conference champ wont matter either because that game is history. It will be back to the sweet 16 teams playing in the minor bowls leading up the ladder like any 16 team playoff with the regular season ending and the top two teams not eliminating one team in the process. Personally i think its going to be just the top 12 because otherwise its too many bowls being concentrated on too few of a number of teams
Seeding will matter so cupcake scheduling is out, strength of schedule will determine seeding for the teams with losses… all the obvious stuff will happen and its going to be a rare year for a lower conference champ to get in.

One slot for G5.. only if they rank high enough, (and their name rhymes with Noisy State) < added 4humor ..
1 slot no guarantee was what the G5 cookie was supposed to be.
2 slots...NO!
