It has been incredibly obvious how good he is. The only silver lining with keeping shit tier Wilcox for 9 years is that you accumulated a few appropriate replacements for him in-house.

I am not the one advocating potentially getting rid of an existing coach for one whose record is not appreciably better and who has spent 85 pct of his time in the minor leagues.
