Oxford on the other hand is fucking perfect. Great college town, good restaurants. No crime. No traffic except game days.
Wood move there in a heartbeat.

I think DeBoer is a very good coach.
But I also think 2023 was a bit of an anomaly with regard to how that roster was constructed. Didn’t yall have like 40 players who were either 4th or 5th year? -
It's not as drastic as 40, and that would matter more if UW also wasn't the best team in the Pac 12 the year before, and before that they were also preseason contenders to win the conference with NFL/experienced players that never got to enjoy DeBoer's tenure (Otton off the top of my head).
Petersen had it rolling in terms of roster building and the 2019 season obfuscated that because he was still losing to the Bay schools and Colorado for no reason.

Not to mention that coming out of Covid if you didn’t have a shit ton of 4th and 5th year players you were a shit program
-
I was going to say that almost every team in the top 6-7 that year massively benefited from it.

LMFAO @ "preseason contenders" said with a straight face. JFC.

UW had won their division the year before and absolutely was a preseason Pac 12 contender. We had a veteran team heading that season.
I guess guys like Phil Steele don't count to you, so what backwater hick Oregon fag do I need to quote for it to count?

The Dwags were #20 when they lost to Montana. There was a lot of mystery with the Pac-12 going into that season. The champion Utah lost to BYU and San Diego State early. Dogshit season and any non-mongoloid UW coach should have gotten them to at least a pretty decent season.
