Clock says otherwise.

Yeah, but is woke Hamilton in town?
-
Most people aren't in their seats until Demond loses a fumble.
Crowd is good for a shit game like this and after a shit game like last weekend.

that 35k sounded loud on the telly for a few drives.

I sat pretty close to the student section and "young alumni" section and it is good to see that UW has successfully cultivated a new generation of fans through the Petersen and DeBoer years.
For the Y.A. section you can tell that they're either living off their parents still or struggling in dystopian Seattle, but it is refreshing to see that it is a priority to support the program for them.
I don't really have a great number but it was definitely more than 35k people and people absolutely want to just transfer from the concourse/zone to their seat right as the game is starting. As in, right as the kickoff actually happens, not 20 minutes of bullshit around just needing to do the anthem + coin toss.
There was a good crowd there, especially given the circumstances and shit ton of people were wearing the salute to service uniforms. Nobody was hardcore dooging over beating the shit out of Purdue. Not that I could see anyways.
The 2 Purdue bros I was next to had a healthy amount of hate in their lives for Iowa, that was mildly entertaining.

It looked like there might have been over 50,000. It's still not SEC numbers.
