You know Sexton had a deal done with Florida knowing they could swap out Napier for Fisch (who at the time had only lost to OSU). After finding out and agreeing, Fisch calls it in.
Reeks of what happened with DeBoer and bama, and I'm sure Sexton (destroyer of college football) had it all planned out.
Just a thought, would be a fun one. I'm pissed. FMFYFE

Yep and that ship sailed tonight. I got soft during the bye week after plundering Illinois at home thinking we needed to keep Fisch. Fools Gold thinking by me knowing we had two road games remaining. #NeverAgain
That assinine 51 yard field goal decision during an atmospheric river no less was absolute desperation. I wouldn’t have trotted out Gross under ideal conditions there.
And don’t even get me started with the unnecessary deep balls on 3 & 6. Mora sucks but I would trade Fisch for Jim straight up and have a little more optimism.

His agent is somehow connected to UCLA. Rick N. mentioned his name and said if Jed wanted that job it would be his. Wiserman something is the name of the agent and I can’t remember how the agent has connections to the AD, possibly his agent too? It’s our last hope for Jed to leave on his own unless Zona opens up again. Rick interview with Softy last week or two weeks ago, probably the week of the bye coming of the win vs Illinois.

Ya, I did some digging and I think my Sexton got mixed in with all the DeBoer/Saban/Lanning BS. Wouldn't put it past Hendrickson/Wassermann being in bed with Sexton/CAA.
