I’M A SOLDIER

It was definitely cringeworthy

Both things can be true, and as I understand it, both things are true.

It was the rich loudmouth kid thing and it was also because he was at Miami, which has always been a lightning rod of a program. If you like things warm and cozy and want everyone to like you, Miami is, or at least was, not the place to play.
He won a natty and got to the next level so he made the right choice IMO. Everything bad that ever happened to him was because of him. Could have been a perennial pro bowler but he was in the end his own worst enemy.

He wasn’t the first, and won’t be the last professional athlete that ruins their career riding a motorcycle.

When I used to cover Woodinville football, once a year they would have their Military Tribute game. The cammo uniforms made it absolutely impossible to read the numbers on the jerseys from 50+ feet away. It was an absolute nightmare for the stats guy and the PA announcer.

If I remember correctly, Winslow Sr. got a lot of press for straight up telling Jr. he couldn't go to UW and then saying it was because the staff wasn't black enough, but the real read was more so that he also hated Neu for being a scab.
Aside from that, had I not had the terrible genetics which prevented me from being a 5 star recruit, I sure would have liked to play at The U in the 2000s with the 7th Floor Crew and hanging out with Bangbros actresses.

All I really care about, and I don't care that much, is that they beat Intellectual Brutalism tomorrow. They can wear whatever in the fuck gets it done.
But I know I'm asking for too much. Mario has a special vulnerability to these kinds of games.
7th Floor Crew Days - heard that Olsen was banging cocktail waitresses two at a time. But Mo Green wasn't there to straighten him out.

Miami literally feels like they have lost the mystique. Between 84-2003 they were easily the premier program in the nation until the Butch Davis guys cycled through and Coker couldn’t sustain the greatest. Once the SEC started raiding south Florida the jig was up. I believe it was last weekend and I watched Miami briefly and I remember thinking they look nothing like the Miami of the past built on swagger. I loved hating Miami, now I feel nothing when they pop up. That’s when you know it’s bad, being in a basketball conference didn’t help. They don’t beat UW in 1991 but it’s hard to argue they didn’t deserve a share being 12-0.

Kellen jr made up for this by becoming a serial rapist and going to prison for it
