Site update
I still don't have a comprehensive update, but we've got action going now.
The dept manager who was working on our site, told me 2.5 weeks ago that we could have the page jumping stop or we could have the reaction emojis for chincredible fixed, but (for some unknown reason) we couldn't have both. Before she had me make a choice, she said a dev was going to look into something and then she'd get back to me.
16 days go by with no response, including two emails I sent last week that she did not respond to. So two days ago I sent an email to a different department, describing the ongoing problems and how the dept manager was no longer responding to me. I also noted that I have been a Vanilla customer for 13 years and implied how disappointing it was to have the dept manager stop responding.
The new contact reported this morning that they think they discovered the issue with the page jumping and are working on the solution right now. Then they're going to look into getting the chincredible button reaction emojis fixed.
I told them if they get those two things remedied I would be happy with the site and we can go forward and enjoy the rest of the football season.
As soon as I know anything further I will update you chimps again.
