What Big Ten’s private capital bid could mean for Washington | Analysis

From a financial perspective, UW is not currently operating in the Upper Class of the B1G. Could get there, but it's not now. Also, not having coaches cycle through every 2 years would help.

You mean the perspective of having less money to work with?
Welcome to my world.
Washington is still stop class despite all of it because they're Washington and have performed as such, even in a Fuck You year. It's not a rebuilding year, it was a Fuck You year in 2024. Michigan and USC scalps.
Wake up to the BuckNut Chud Army declarations, holy fuck all!

This is a bad idea, but if it’s going to happen UW and Oregons’s votes should be contingent on getting the full share sooner than promised.

I would put UCLA and Wisconsin in the middle.

Also, isn't the financial firm looking to purchase the 10% running PERS? Gotta be corrupt.

I think people are confusing on-field performance with actual cash resources. Same w/regards to UW not being in the Upper Class tier. I'm looking at actual track records and ability to invest big money into football by each school. Iowa and Wisconsin are not going to have the money in the brave new world of CFB and are probably begging for the private equity money.

Also Brian Kelly. And plus Brian Kelly.

Of course, lest we ever forget. Has either of them ever coached at Iowa or maybe Iowa? Asking for a fren.
