The funny part is that Penn State seems like they want to hire Matt Rhule (unclear why). And that Troy Dannen is the guy who Nebraska fans are going to have to rely on for keeping him.

Franklin was something like 69-34 in in Big 10 conf play. If you back out his record vs. Rutgers, Maryland, and I believe it was Indiana then it falls to 37-31 as he was like 28-3 versus those 3 teams.
