Same old dem story. You can't deal with black on white crime because it is racist to do so. The actual narrative should be criminals should be punished by significant jail time for crimes against innocent victims. Rather than deal with putting criminals in jail, regardless of race it is we can't put criminals in jail regardless of race because significant crime is rare and going down because we gamed the stats, so there. Shut up and go away. How dare you notice that violent criminals with multiple arrests are terrorizing the innocent public. We regret that you are noticing that criminals are not limiting their crime to black neighborhoods. How dare North Carolina start putting violent repeat offenders in jail.
