My cheese covered thoughts

I think @YellowSnow started a thread asking posters to put up a gif of how they felt about UW’s chances against tOSU. This ^^ was mine. UW was getting way too much hype against tOSU. I didn’t think UW was gonna win because tOSU has way too much talent.
After watching the game, that’s definitely true but UW is night and day better than last years team. That’s like saying you’re the tallest midget for sure but it’s an improvement. I kept wondering how last years team would look yesterday.
Is UW a top 25 team this year? Possibly but that’s up to Fisch. If he’s a great coach, UW wins 10 games. If he’s good, they win 9. Anything less than 9 and he needs to go.

Follow on thought. UW didn’t look scared facing the number 1 team. Nervous with a few false starts but never did they look scared.

Just two different tiers of overall team talent. tOSU is loaded on D and UW didn't have the hosses.
still pretty sure the Buckeyes drop a game somewhere though, that offense isn't there yet. Run game is a big dropoff from last year.

I've seen enough, he's not a great coach.
We? had an elite coach, he bolted for an elite program, and… here we are.
So it goes. -
I expected about 8-4. If there's a rash of injuries, maybe 7-5. If another team has that fate, maybe 9-3.
I also expected to stay within about the original line, which I think was around 12 or 13. If this bored can do math, it was 18. It's kind of what I expected - it's an even gayme into the second half, and their superior talent just gradually takes over. So I guess there's some mild frustration and disappointment. I went to the Fiesta Bowl several years ago and it was clear Sequioa Barkley and State Penn were better. Same idea here.

Would you say they've made @incremetal_progress since last year?
