Good thing Husky Nation will show up for the big games at good time of day

#1 ranked Mount Rushmore Ohio State comes to town with a 12:30 kick and of the "announced crowd of 72k" Best we could do was get 57k there in purple as OH had at least 15k in red there.

Seemed pretty full but took a while for everyone to wake up.
-
15k?
HS was 40% red -
That would mean they had almost 30,000 there. Back out the student section of about 10k which was all Purple means the rest of the stadium would need to be 50/50 and it wasn't that.
But it was very bad.
-
i was there, and no
-
You’re so full of shit. At most, it was 38.6% red.
-
calculated percentage superiority guy
-
not even close. there was a decent amount of red but as others said, about as much as the green when we? come to Seattle
-
It looked like Utah 2023 to me. Which is a statement on their fans way more than ours.
Jedd has nobody to blame but himself for all of yesterday. You call a game and shit all over yourself you deserve what that all looked like at the end. Who here said "he was embarrassed by us"? on another thread. Fucking lol. If he really thinks like that then someone else can come in and win. Look at Indiana.
-
Pretty GAY that we allow these guys to come in and take over our stadium. Which loser fags are reselling their tickets to the biggest game of the year? On Seatgeek I saw stuff in the lower bowl 50 yard line selling for for $150.
-
DJ linked a Times article last night with a cover photo pointed to the lower south side behind the buckeyes. I was very surprised at the amount of red, embarrassing surprised.
-
It was 19% red. I don't know the math for how much was purple
-
We should all just sit and argue about what % it was for the next 20+ pages. Also we need to draw the line at where it's "embarrassing" or not wrt this chud army that sits on the Internet for months leading up to a season to try and 'invade' other fanbases that aren't even in their own region.
-
The color red stands out.
HTH.
-
23.9%
-
8.1% of the red was worn by Husky fans who didn't know or care what color the other team wore.
-
it was 20.8%
I was there!
-
I thought it was a good crowd and plenty loud. The fans were into it in the north side upper deck until Jedd hit us with the wet fart fake field goal.
Everyone is dragging @Tequilla in the other thread but I agree 100% it’s a loser call that signals to your team you have to resort to trickery to win… which is ironic because UW had been outplaying them and was controlling the game.
Read the room Jedd and kick the field goal. Momentum and vibes are important in football. It also set us up to lose the middle 8… which we promptly did. -
So did UW win without trickery? You fucking people. The ONLY way UW could win was by executing plays like that. Why in the fucking world is that so hard to comprehend?
-
UW stopped them twice, once on 4th down, and was driving down the field with some nice plays and Jonah had a few runs where he looked like the man. Them stopping us on the goal line swung it back to them but it was reasonable to think in the first half that they could make this a really close game without having to run plays drawn up by Kirk Herbstreit's dog.
-
Pretty sure those are seats allocated to the Ohio State athletic department
-
Our win probability at that point was basically a coin flip and slightly in our favor… so yes? UW was controlling the game and had a 2:1 time of possession advantage. I just don’t at all agree that UW was only winning that game with trickery, that’s defeatist and not really reflective of how the game was playing out.
-
But, but, but, but we don't care enough as Ohio State to make sure our stadium doesn't have a bunch of opposing fans. Oh, totally forgot about this. Reported about 30% of the first ever PLAYOFF game in shoe was Tennessee fans and I forgot watching that and that being a big story.
When jack wipe fans want to "take over your stadium" they're going to. Online ticketing has changed a lot.
-
LMFAO at win probability in a game you? lost by 3 scores. What happened in real life? What needed to happen differently for the outcome to change? Every doog is pimping how UW could play Ohio State straight up, and it was a yawn fest of a game UW had ZERO chance of winning exactly because they played "straight up".
You're basically saying you should throw a checkdown for 20 yards instead of an INT in the endzone on a hail mary with no time left on the clock. The ONLY WAY UW had a chance to win was by doing crazy shit. It's not hard to comprehend unless you're a stupid fucking doog.
-
Day knew the only way Buck loses was to unleash his young QB in a hostile environment. The play calling was as vanilla as it gets. Just don't fuck up with bad turnovers, grind out a couple TDs, and head back to Columbus.
Neuheisel was lauding Day for this gameplan. Day is finally learning to just win rather trying to win a particular way (e.g., forcing the run against Michigan last year).
Dawgs showed heart. It was close to being close. Signed, Auburndoog

Moving the student section meant more seats available between the goalposts. Every season ticket holder benefitted from the move. The result is you get more opposing fans between the goalposts, whereas in the old configuration the majority were relegated to the horseshoe.
-
Nothing about Saturday was a real problem until Jedd and his coaches couldn't even have fucking High School volunteer coach discipline and killed an entire drive at the beginning of the game.
-
Okay, the Duck humorless analysis has run its course here.
Their three biggest plays btw bro were a middle screen on third and long, a play action bootleg screen on third and four and a play action fourth down pass.
-
Jesus Tittyfucking Christ. UW WAS playing them straight up and DID have a ~50% chance of winning at the exact moment Jedd called the fake field goal. Your post is hard to comprehend because it doesn’t make any fucking sense and isn’t true.
-
You're a dim bulb, that's for sure. UW had to take chances and not play them "straight up". You think a fucking FG attempt there makes a difference in the game because some formula said there was a 50% chance to win the game at that point? Newflash dumbass, there was never a 50% chance.
-
dtd likes models and formula then he doesn't. Water is wet.
