Actually Chinese communists love carbon. They are building a new coal plant a week with no environmental controls like sulfur and NOX scrubbers. They are big funders of the US environmental groups who work to limit our carbon and make us use chicom metals and minerals for solar panels and wind turbines. America Last. Last new US coal plant went on line in 2013. Four gigawatts of US coal plant electrical generation were retired in 2024. For some reason cheap green renewable energy has resulted in sky rocketing electricity prices to the shock of our Senator Wyden who is so smart he never passed the Oregon Bar but can blame regulated utility companies for the increase.
