Here's the deal with PL_SS and front page articles

There have been people clamoring for a PL_SS article on the front page. Certain people think that I am somehow preventing this from happening. But here's the reality... On about 5 occasions (over the past year) I have received a PM from PL_SS saying he has an article idea and can he write it up and submit it. I say that's fine, go ahead. And then I never hear from him again about it.
