Not true. They increased the red tape that H said was going to be eliminated (lol).
It's pretty crazy, stuff here is all but still smoldering wrecks. Zero cleanup on some of the most expensive properties in the world. Like burnt out cars still sitting next to PCH.
I thought it would be a pay to play kind of typical dem process but this is even beyond that.
Just waiting for them to start fining people for not doing the cleanup they aren't permitted to do. Then they'll come in and use imminent domain no doubt.
Yeah, my buddies saw the writing on the wall. One was adamant that they were going to rebuild, the other was on the fence. Both are disgusted and once they saw the plans for the multifamily low income housing that was being planned for the area, they both bailed.
Imagine a state and city government that got plans drawn up for multifamily low income housing before helping those who's homes were destroyed. They are literally trying to force American citizens to sell so that the rich connected elite liberals can make billions off of building "affordable housing" on land they forced people out of and made them sell at a fraction of the price it should be.
This is democrats when they are in control. Every time you think they can't be that evil, they show you they can.
