huh, that doesn't match up with another poster who said below.
I've been actually watching these previews including Ohio State and my criticism has nothing to do with UW in particular. Everybody in an 18 team conference is getting roughly the same treatment.
Doogman had a thread started about Fisch;s wife and girls moving back to Arizona and they locked it up 6 comments in.
psa Kim and Co. Not talking about it doesn't mean it didn't happen
Either you knew and didn't say anything even after Jedd's wife put it out on IG which is poor form Or,
You didn't know and would be major out or loop for having "the best sources" at UW after all these years.
Fisch was always NFL (not for long) here and this just speed that timeframe up as either
a) The Marriage is fine and you would assume he would move on to a place/climate his family would like to live in or
b) the marriage is not fine and he will have freedom to live and work anywhere in US and assumption in 18 months he's been in Seattle this isn't his "forever home"
If you want your staff to be serious recruiters then you want to see stuff like this, and this is clearly to set an example for co 2026/27 players and parents.
Unfortunately for a lot of these players they're going to be traveling "all the way up to Seattle" for football so you need to convince the parents that you are the "parent away from home" which is what DeLaura mentions in his interview.
I dropped all my social media so I’m kind of in the dark here. Let me get this straight. Judds wife, kids and him are in Arizona cheering on Jayden DeLaura in some indoor football league. Is that right? Then, when Fish comes back to Seattle to coach the team his wife and daughters will be staying in Arizona for good? Is that real? Seems like a fishy story. No pun intended. Judd and his wife portray such a unified front and “family” is the schtick he sells as the backbone of his program. I’m skeptical that Fishlips marriage is on the ropes. Any insight to this saga would be appreciated. TIA
I think it’s more likely Jedd just feels zero connection to the program beyond his own personal gain. Why bother even pretending to put roots down if you don’t plan to be here more than a year or two? It’s a big reason I just find him hard to like. If the head couch isn’t bought in fully then why should any of the coaches or players be? It seems demotivating in addition to just being obviously bad form.
It is an odd choice though because Seattle is a pretty great place to live if you make $8M/year.
What has Judd done that convinces you he wants out? He invested 1 million of his own money into the program. He’s remodeled and restructured the whole football operations building. He rebuilt the training table and how and where it’s served. He seems pretty imbedded. His thumbprint is much more on every facet of the program in 18 months of this rebuild than DeBoer was in 24 months in Seattle. If Fish truly wants out of UW he needs to win big to get an offer to leave for a better job. If he caps out at 8 or 9 wins like Chip did at UCLA then he’s probably destined to be an OC at a blue blood if he ever wants to leave because Chun would probably be cool in perpetuity with 9 wins.
Yeah the "We all KNOW he's not gonna be here much longer!!lol!!" stuff just sounds really, really uninformed the more you read about what he's been doing.
And what fucking connection did Petersen have to UW when he came here?
We were ShangHaied by DeBoer, now we think every coach is out to screw us and leave. It very well could be the case, I don’t care as long as he gets us another crack at a Natty and we can parlay that into a really good coach. At some point, when full share kicks in and Seattle is bought into kicking the Midwest’s ass, then it won’t matter, we can have any coach we want and fire them after a couple seasons as needed
I would bet a Medina mortgage that he is in the NFL within 5 years. Its all he thinks about and says and desperately wants to be a smarter than everyone in the room NFL head coach. In fact Demond might even end up being his meal ticket back into an OC job if he gets drafted somewhere in need of one

1 + 1 = 3 b/c I say it loud enough

I hope not. He needs more tim. A lot more.
Sometimes a divorce is the best thing that can ever happen to you, Judd.
Anybody watching America’s Team on Netflix? It’s really good. Jimmy Johnson ditched his wife right away cause he was married to THE DALLAS COWBOYS.
@godawgst just looked at the B1G schedule for today. "B1G Football Training Camp videos"
1100a Penn State
12 Indiana
1 Michigan
2-330 Michigan State 😱
330 Nebraska
430 (to 530) Ohio State
Outside of a extra half hour, sounds like it "matches up" dipshit.
Oh God Fisch's kids going back to finish school in Tucson, this won't get retarded at all.
but….but……..but…. We need drama!!!!
He can have 3 wives and be a raging alcoholic as long as he makes the playoffs
What's with all the de Laura love though? It's weird. Need to continue to show love to a convicted rapist?

Who gives a shit. Like Uncle Bannon said, win or fuck off.
Don’t judge me! I need a saga. What’s the saga? It’s Songs for the Deaf. You can’t even hear it.
