Exercise during cancer treatment

appears to have a profound effect on outcome at least in colon cancer.
Not going to surprise anyone in here but I loved the quote “imagine if there were a clinical trial for a new drug that found it lowered the risk of developing recurrent or new cancers by 28% and lowered the risk of death by “37%”

I agree with the premise completely. However, I can tell you first hand, there are times during treatment where it’s simply impossible to do.
I’m coming out of a three month stretch where even the idea is untenable. I can do a two-mile walk right now and hope to build on it. Although the oncologist wants to plug me back in to the mustard gas, so we will see how it goes..

I can imagine it is easier said than done. 2 miles is incredible. Sorry to hear you are going through this.

I thought this thread would be about banging the nurse inside the Infusion center bathroom.
I am pretty irritated that the attractive redhead that was handling my infusions this entire time so far has been replace by a short dude and a chick that looks like she made tik tok videos while on shift during covid.

The attractive redhead at my infusion clinic, who definitely CRAVES it is unfortunately very married with children.
