How much high end real estate in Idaho is owned by out of state residents? Frankly, I have no problem with property taxes if reasonable. In most states, the property is undervalued. There are easy answers to a full equity owned house other than foreclosure.

Tariffs used to be a main source of federal revenue....before they implemented income taxes and everything else unconstitutional they have burdened the people with.
