They won't engage in any such obvious kinetic move. The defining characteristics of 5th generation warfare is the ambiguity and deniability of the act.
Way more likely to continue surveillance from those locations while engaging in acts such as utilities sabotage, biowarfare, and demoralization campaigns.
They already have the democratic party on board so why would they resort to direct conflict?
