The OL is still a big concern to me. I wouldn't be surprised if we see guys like older Hatchett and Azzopardi start the season but give way to younger guys over time. I liked McCree before he got hurt so would hope he can be one of the starting tackles. I think he also has more eligibility left after this year if he wants it.
Older Hatchett is interesting. He's been in college forever, but hasn't had a ton of reps. 2023 was really the first time he got any reps so it's possible he could get better with experience.
It really seems like less guys are transferring from any program this year. Transferring after fall camp seems like a bad idea so assume we might not have many leave. WR, OL, and DT have more guys than reps so could see guys leaving from those spots.

I’m calling it right now that Ass Party will be much improved. He looks physically better to me, seemed pissed off when an interviewer asked him about last year, and appears to have taken the job unquestionably so far.
Ergo…I’ve made my prediction.☝️☝️😎 -
For all of the talk of the HUGE FRESHMAN OL's…. I would expect that someone will show up in the starting lineup at some point this year. Seems like the kind of situation where elder Hatchett or Azzopardi get injured and never make it back to the starters because a young pup has taken his spot.
WR is interesting. The true frosh really don't seem to have a path to the field this year, but it's WIDE OPEN next year. Hopefully they'll be patient enough to stick around. -
Pepa, Thompson, and Sogapolu are all out of eligibility after this season, so hopefully they can hang on to the DT depth. Wide open path to playing time next year.

I saw some positives in Azzopardi last year. He was able to move well on some touchdown runs for Coleman I remember specifically. It was also his first year of power conference play and first full year as a starter.
Parker Twins (health concerns though), Elinneus Davis, and Bryce Butler are the DT guys who should return with experience in 2026. Omar Khan another one to look out for. Bet there's a good chance we bring in a veteran transfer or two in 2026 as well.

Azzopardi got ass blasted in pass pro against any team with a pulse.
Looked like a high schooler against Iowa and Oregon in particular.

I feel the opposite. We know he ain’t going anywhere and that’s why they tried out Henning with the ones 1st. He didn’t cut it so Henning probably sucks.

QB = A (F if Williams goes down)
RB = A (remember BonerPopper's "stable"?)
WR = B (Boston = A, everyone else is C-level until theyre not)
TE= B+ (could move to A if DeGraaf continues upward trajectory)
OL = D (adding Willis moved them up from an F)
DE = C+ (same guys who did mostly nothing last year, although Ward and Davis flashed at times)
DT = C (not terrible, not great, not very exciting)
LB = B (good group of transfers although not much depth)
CB = B+ (Prysock will get picked on if he continues to play soft. If he plays to potential, this is easily an A)
Safety = B (8th year senior Makell Esteen poised for a breakout year. Backups are the spring practice MVPs)
