You can't just fucking grab somebody off the street NO MATTER HOW MUCH OF AN ASSHOLE he is and ship them off without due process. I'm not going to convince you of this because this is a struggle against idiocy. If you change it won't be because of the Constitution, but over a long period of time when you see this playing out. -
