I like due process for everything. Because that's the constitution. Biden also routinely defended the Sec 702 of the wholly unconstitutional FISA amendments act which allows the president almost unlimited powers to run surveillance on US citizens
Biden also is bound by the constitution to protect and execute US border policy, which he ignored for the entirety of his presidency.
Never a peep about the constitution from you relating to any of that. Never a peep about due process with US Citizens being held without charge or trial after January 6 2021
