For the suggestion of "workout until you're out of breath 3 times a week" I've already opted to try doing that over basic retarded lifting/rowing type of stuff for an hour plus, and for time efficiency nothing beats swimming laps as hard as you possibly can and then immediately hitting the steam room, possibly 2-4 cycles of that. You'll feel like you're going to puke but you're in and out in a fraction of the time.
Sitting around with headphones on and lifting and shit does nothing but make it "look like" you're in shape.
Gut inflammation is just hard, because issues there are so specific to the person and even gastro specialists admit how hard it is to pinpoint and get people right, no matter what they have. A demanding amount of discipline and trial and error over years with different specialists is often needed for that.
Same with sleep. Some people just can't sleep. Honestly Marijuana is better than a bunch of melatonin.
I don't doubt it but I'll be honest in that my gym is kind of a piece of shit for that anyways, and swimming + steam room rotation plus short lite lifting is recommended for my specific health issue.
When at my parents cabin I row a ton because I have the Olympic mountains and Rainier to look at and not a bunch of people.

Throbber is a notoriously bad sleeper. Melatonin is like a depressant to me. Sluggish and irritable the next day after taking it.
Regularly pop a 1/4 of an edible when I really need to get some uninterrupted sleep.
You don’t have to row for an hr. 25-30 mins of work is sufficient. No other activity known to man can touch a C2 ergo meter for efficiency.

More than one way to skin a cat obviously. The most important thing is to get your heart rate of somehow a number of times per week.
Did furious exercise also restore his hairline? What a crock of shit.
The second picture looks potentially like he is wearing makeup too.
I'm damn near 50, boss, with a full head of hair and like 3 grey hairs total!
Did it re-grow after receding in your 30's?
No. I've always had great hair.
Yeah, you and Pup.
yeah, but he was midget with flowing locks
