Then get zero money for your homeless problem, your natural disasters, the billions upon billions for your higher education system, no federal funding for your roads, bridges, infrastructure. No port expansions and maintenance, no fed support for your k=12, no money for welfare. No use of federal lands for water consumption.
You can't be this dumb. California is bankrupt. They literally cannot survive without fed tax payer dollars. Money that is supplied by tax payers all over the country. If there is no federal support for natural resources your 40 percent of produce goes through the floor. The hi tech leaves and you have absolutely the perfect storm for catastrophic failure
