Meh, he's a millennial (which isn't youth anymore as the oldest are in their 40's) mediocre government employee with some kind of drinking/drug/mental issue.
I know enough of them. They are all resentful because of being raised with the message that they are special/above average while ending up as average/below in life. They externalize that by blaming boomers and the system while being easy marks for those touting socialism as a means to right those perceived wrongs.
