I was bored and tried to watch and bailed after 5 minutes. Once Kevin Hart started his commentary or the loud speakers I was out! He’s funny but not part of the show, save that shit for only tv viewing, although his act was stupid. I’m the stupid one for paying attention for a few minutes. That was the most basketball I’ve watched since the Finals.
Keep 3 point line where is but subtract 1 point for each miss.
Jordan and Kobe never would have pulled this shit.
I think they just need to get rid of the three pointer for 5 seasons to reset the entire product.

The All-Star Game was better this year … but that was by default. The bar was lowered so much that any effort stood out as a notable improvement.
Removing the 3-point line would be very interesting to see if there is any kind of course correction …
The problem with the 3 isn't that they get shot but by how they get shot. When you see a good 3 taken as the result of inside/out play and solid passing it's actually great to watch (and the make % goes way up) … but there are so many that take 3's that don't understand the difference between a good shot and a bad shot

Just get rid of all the pussy foul calls and establish proper contact for the defender. You can then have guys up in your face when you take those shitty 3's, so now it's no longer efficient to take them, and you also get rid of the guys like James Harden and SGA that build their games around getting a bunch of soft contact fouls and being entitled to free throws.
