This rightfully turned into a Sankey appreciation thread. Check out this offensive line he went for nearly 1,900 and 20 TDs with
Forgot he was the first RB taken in his draft. I think that was at the all time peak of the draft not valuing RBs.

ok, Dillon was in a class of his own, then Napoleon, then Greg Lewis ~ all 3 far better players than the more current guys like Gaskin, Sankey etc. (great players but not in the same league as these other guys.)

Gaskin was easily better than Greg Lewis, who was tremendous

peak Dillon was the best running back ever at Washington. Case closed

It happened so fast it’s like a legend in my mind. He wasn’t a starter for the first few games. He left before ever taking a single final. And oh by the way…broke the single season PAC 10 touchdown record in those 8-ish games as a starter.
It reminds me of the Bo Jackson 30 for 30 that treated him like a Tall Tale character. Like…did that really even happen???
