The US is running a $260 million trade deficit with Russia. We should be seeing tariffs on them to close this deficit based on his other actions. When’s it coming??

That’s a dumb a question. Russia is consistently siding with our enemies and working with them against our interests. They have never been our friend. See Iran for example.
Canada on the other hand has protected US citizens from harm ( see Argo). And these are the guys you wanna hurt? Y’all have lost your minds.
