The cracked wheat sourdough made by Seattle Bread Co or SF Bay bread co is actually the best commonly available bread out there.
OK I made that up but it's damn good. I don't eat much bread but always have some of that.

My wife makes all our bread now. It’s 100 times better than anything from a store. Don’t let your wife start making sourdough unless you’re ready to build a chicken coop(or two once she decides she wants meat birds).
