I saw a new offering called Fat Tony on Prime about Tony Markbel the Lebanese king of drugs in Melbourne in the late 90s. A 9 episode series. It got me thinking about a series earlier on what used to be the Audience Network called Underbelly. Throbber knows - tits and drugs. Same story, same characters but 7 seasons so it dives into other stories of the Aussie underworld

Underbelly is the bomb. Watched it years ago on DirectTV. Fucking amazing. Anna Hutchison did naughty things.
Watched Fat Tony when it was available somewhere - can't remember whether it was Prime or Netflix. But it was solid too.
Not sure why we in the US get stuck with bullshit genres like NCIS and CSI and Law and Order. The Aussies kick our ass with the Underbelly franchise.
Not saying one should search Underbelly on AZNude. But if one were to do that, one might want to make sure one's spouse is not around. And have at least an hour to burn.
