Shoot if we want things to be merit based
The white guys in my department besides myself would be let go and we’d hire more Indians. Those guys get work done rather than the nerd raging tech bros (not all but percentage wise that’s a true statement). And better yet, they’re not complainers!

@HuskyBuck your right-I continually join calls with those guys and gals and its 10 pm…11 pm their time and they don't complain one bit. Their hours would break the soft libs on this board and would cry to the communist state of Washington to start a union!

Hiring the best Americans to do the job sounds fine by me. I doubt anybody else here would have a problem with that.

That’s what I’m sayin…in this case we don’t because then the white guys start claiming it’s DEI in place. No it’s fucking not. The Indians are better employees in general.
Don’t get me wrong, I’ve got a good team now with white guys and Indians, just took some time getting rid of the dipshits who are like Haie.
