no worries, chief

Who's in charge of the roster?
-
We couldn't expect fisch to do anything last year due to when he was hired. Not unreasonable
But now the great recruiter can't do it this year
2026 could be special
-
There is zero chance we beat tOSU year. Cook it
-
Hate to see people underestimate Husky Stadium.
Even when Oregon beat us there in 2021 and we sucked ass, it was close for most of it.
Grow some fucking balls Husky fans. The homefield advantage is legit and it is the longest in the cuntry. Have some pride about the fucking school we graduated from (or not) for once
-
DeBoer is gone
So is the streak
Grow some brains
-
Literally wrong but okay
-
Wrong until something changes. Even Ohio State winning doesn't prove that it's not hard to play here. I was at Oregon last year and Michigan this year and it felt pretty electric
-
Husky Stadium is a great home field advantage but it's not going to make up for being 20-30 points worse than a team. See the Ty and Sark years for proof of that. Maybe Ohio State brings out some stiff at QB like USC in 09 or Stanford in 2012 and UW can capitalize?
All the other games mentioned here were more where UW was somewhat reasonably close to a team and Husky Stadium gave a bump.
What about when like 45% of the stadium is red against Ohio State?
-
This truthful post (minus 45% Bucknuts fans that will be Husky Stadium Sept when it will only be 20% or 15k) would get you a lifetime ban on other sites.
Two 1st drives in 09 SC went td, field goal running it almost every down. Defense looked like it was a pregame Thursday practice where you don't tackle. Pete Carroll got cute and wanted to showcase his QB via pass and momentum turned.
This game will be really simple. You tell me how interested and focused Ohio State is in playing the game and I can tell you how who wins and by how much.
-
I just watched how Autzen gave Oregon 22 points vs Ohio State minimum and Autzen ain't shit. That just happened.
He/she who thinks a Husky Stadium home game is a gimme loss should be banished to the bowels of shame and whatever else.
Loser talk.

Then the other 55% can chant "WE CAN'T HEAR YOU!" even as UW trails 28-3 at the half.
-
We beat OSU and Oregon next season at home, take you're screenshots right now. We will drop a couple layup gaymes, but whatever.gif
-
Will it matter when they get drilled by Michigan, Wisconsin and Maryland?
-
And the goalposts move again for this retard
-
Keep doogin’ on down the road.
-
If we drop those and a couple others it’s #FireFisch, until then, all we can do is stay positive and LIPO. We all have doubts with Fisch, I guess we’ll find out eventually
-
-
I get that. But I have no doubts.
-
Why is it important to stay positive? It's going to play out how it plays out.
-
I am optimistic about the Huskies in Husky Stadium against Ohio State. Buckeyes will be massively rebuilding and have a new QB starting his first road game. It will be nice to have them and Oregon in Seattle.
-
Well, when you? Invest in a coaching staff and allow time for their process to develop, it’s better to remain positive and cautiously optimistic until the coach and process shows ineptitude. This is what has happened on this site… LIPO vs I’ve seen enough. For me, personally, next season better show massive improvement or DAO.
I’m ready to move the M’s to OK City @chuck , they have instilled no positivity with me in 20yrs, I have a little grace with UW considering conference champs, 2 playoff runs in 7 yrs, Sugar Bowel, etc
-
This 2025 Washington team will be FAR better than that 2009 Washington coming off Owen with drunk Sark at the helm.
So that analogy doesn't really work.
If it isn't fire Fisch on the spot. Fire him on the spot if he loses the Apple Cup.
I expect Washington to be far better in 2025 than 2024, and if they aren't then hire Jim Mora from Uconn and see how that works. At least he will probably be coach for life if it works out.
Also, if Husky Stsdium exceeds 15-20k Buckeyes I will be shocked. That hasn't happened since the team sucked ass and Nebraska came to town.
Opposing fans are lucky to number over 10k.
Even Michigan and Michigan State didn't bring that many people or make hardly any noise.
Some of you really are unable to move past the PSTD of the Gilby, Ty, and Sark years.
-
IMO it doesn't really matter if it's positive or negative how someone views the team.
But it's important to be realistic about the UW program and some here seem to have it confused with fucking Minnesota or Illinois, or Cal
-
You seem to think I have some venerability over the Ms but I don't care what you think of them. I'm not invested enough to try to tell others what they should do or think.
Here's the good news. When you and PGOS are reversing your tune next year, I won't bump and remind you of all these impassioned doog rah rah posts from the past few weeks.
-
I have made it very clear I want Fisch gone if there isn't improvement. Some don't seem to understand - it's LIFPO.
I am just not ready to say that Fisch should be fired after 1 season.
-
I know. I fully understand your position. The part I don't understand iswhy you care so much about people making up their mind before you.
-
Because a lot of it is tied to negativity about the program itself which really irritates me. See previous few posts above I've made
-
Race would rather be first than right.
