I don't like the system, but you have to adapt to it or get left behind. Oregon, the current SEC, and a few others, maybe Ohio State, State Penn, and to an extent Michigan have been the worst culprits.

Because Washington had to fill a roster quickly last offseason with a new coach and guys jumping to other programs and the NFL? Jesus, you're not very good at this, Bob. It's a stupid system, but until it's reformed, coaches adapt or go 2-10.

Some context might be missing. How many kids are graduating / declaring for the NFL from Oregon vs UW? Does UW have more open roster spaces to fill than Duck, meaning it would be more likely that UW has more transfers?
I haven't bothered to spend time looking at that to know, but it's pretty clear that Bob hasn't, either.
