It's program resources that produce the long term results. UW objectively has it.
Players know coaches don't stay forever and they know they themselves wont stay forever, lol, so the total brand matters.

I'm a little surprised he's staying, 80% of his yards are after contact, he usually has no lane to run through.
He must be getting paid nicely and if he likes it here.
However, if the line play is even average, and defenses have to respect Demond's run threat, he will have a lot more easy yards next year.
