It was on the way to its destination then all of a sudden turned away near Grozy, presumably after the Russian Sam shot it. Flight Radar has it all tracked... was jammed on GPS too...
Definitely Need to be highly skeptical of anyone calling the Russians credibility into question. If you can't trust the Russian government then who can you trust?
Indeed... it is hard!. The first casualty of war is truth, and it doesn't get better the longer a war lasts
We can only gather and share as much (mis/dis/real?)information as is spoon fed to us by agenda driven media sources and then analyze it to discern the truth as best we can.
They were trying to get it to stabilize using the engines that weren't hit and by then I think they were closer to the other site... the flight pattern i saw looked normal until it was hit.
I appreciate the flight radar X link... TY! but i was asking more specifically for the ones with the reporting information you were referencing/quoting? in your reply and the 2 OP images
So you cannot/ will not cite a source? and expect everyone to accept your second/third /fourth hand opinion of something you heard/saw?
C'mon now! I wasn't attacking you, I just wanted to see what you are reading to get more diverse information!
You pull this every time! 😠
I will even read DTM @HHusky links he posts because it is important and helpful to see all reporting to formulate an educated opinion on any topic and why they view news events how they do
I don't know what they teach in institutions of learning these days but the very first thing I learned in college is you better damn well cite your sources right or wrong otherwise you look like a damn fool! It is ok to have a source questioned than your integrity and honesty!
If its something you just heard or it's rumour ie "word on the street" or cannot verify then say so! Being wrong is ok if you're misled by stating things other people present as fact. Put it on them not yourself!
The worst is trying to be first and then afraid to cite your source!
It's better to credit the source and have it be wrong otherwise you are wasting people's time with bullshit!

There are some curious reports about this plane being far off it's scheduled course but I'll wait to watch as more "facts" are released.
Who specifically was on that plane? 🤔

Link?
This article says it was "hundreds" of miles off course.
If true, I'm not sure how far a plane with that much damage from a proximity detonated SAM can go but something seems off about the story.
Not to mention it wasn't hundreds of miles away from where it was allegedly hit.

You're right, I heard they fired a missile at Poland…oh wait
Edit, please don't make this another Ukrainian soldier scholly thread, I just asked for a link and in kind I shared the link I had just read
I can be skeptical of the Russian government while also being skeptical of our own/NATO.
It's hard.
Vanilla.. too many characters Grrr!

What i saw earlier is that it was showing going to its city was just off the coast then GPS went blank and then popped up with the second image.

Damn it vanilla! Double post🤬
I don't want to have to go through every thread on flight 24 to find it... but I guess I will
Found it luckily goes over all the GP data with the blue line were it was normal and then lost
Thank you!
